Located on the shores of Burt Lake, this custom home was built in 2012 during a mild winter. This being a repeat customer and their second home we built for them, they trusted our judgement and we accomplished the project on time. In recent years the weather has been milder than the past couple decades allowing cost effective construction projects to be done throughout the winter months. All the preperations in the world still might not be enough if the winter gets bad up north.
